In fact, I only found 3 suitable 2007 E90s with RWD, 6MT, and ZSP within 200 miles of my home (in over a month of searching). I had to go all the way to Philadelphia to buy a car that met my minimum requirements.
soooo true! My experience was very similar when I was buying my car last year. I was surprised at how difficult it was to find a 2007/2008 e92 with 6MT and ZSP!!!

If you want a performance BMW you're best to order from the factory. The odds you'll find the right combination (6MT, sports suspension, RWD, etc.) on the lot (or in the province) are getting much longer. The only downside is the wait. But you get what you actually wanted in the first place.

You are confusing them altogether...

The E65/66 is the outgoing 7 series sedan. Sure its a bit on the soft side as compared to a M3.
However, its been a staple of the BMW product line-up just like the S Class from Mercedes.

The E series mercedes has an E63AMG model, which is no wagon by any means

There is no E65 AMG, the only 65AMG series vehicles are in the S/SL/CL series

Jeremy Clarkson liked the M5 so much he said he would be indifferent between the M5 and F430 (The god of all sports cars )

So calling them pet transporters is a bit absurd

For some a ZSP would put the car over the budget they are working with, although they would love one. (like me )
And if you use that as a measuring stick (poser,non-poser), then I can say, if you don't have a turbo in your engine (328) you are a BMW poser as well (like you )

Actually, why not just say that real enthusiasts are the M3 drivers and that makes both of you guys posers as well as myself

I wasn't sure of the exact engine, so i said e63/65 benz'. I hope everyone knew that by e63/65 i meant the AMG models..I never read into the 6/7/ series so i never realized that their model codes are like the amg's haha.
