I'm always reluctant to comment since this isn't really a critique thread, but I thought you'd want to fix that. Dave

I don't mind the critique. It does look much better, so no complaints from me. Like I said, I'm just surprised I missed that. I usually feel like I over-think my processing and do too much. Not that time.

Agreed. My circ pol on the 10-22 would do nasty banding things to the sky. But my Lee set should be usable. I've read that you can adapt the Lee 100mm push-on filter holder to work with the built-in hood on the Tokina. Might be worth a try.

We have come a long way. This was with my very first digital camera, Canon S1. I need to take a batch of the current equipment back to Brooks Lodge, Katmai National Park, Alaska.

Nice shot, Kev. Some serious filters in use there, I hope.
Very cool shot, IRide. Lox of bears there.

My X was born 1 year ago today in Lepzig. Not only has the car been a blast, but finding this forum has made for a very fun year.

Ha! Those little effers cost me 500 bucks at the vet last weekend, so I'm not concerned about their approval

Still reworking old images. This is an HDR from one shot. I "developed" it dark, mid, and light in ACR, saved each as a TIFF, then used the amazing (and free) SNS-HDR Lite to combine them. Then a bit of touch-up back in PS.

The general store built and owned by my great great grandfather in a now defunct little town in Ohio. The town itself was named after and incorporated by his great great uncle.

^^^Nice shot. It'd be cool to restore it if it's still in a public area.

I was driving around today, desperate to find something to shoot with my new glass. I finally saw this guy perched nicely on a street light. Once again, I made good use of my sunroof.
