when are you going in for a fuel pump? I'm almost at the point where i'm going to pay for 1 myself but since you're in a similar situation, i'll wait to see what happens. PM me once you get it done. I'd love to hear.

Monday the 14th. I'll let you know. Do you know if you are MSD80 or MSD81? I have heard that MSD80 is part of the problem so I was thinking of paying for the BMW performance package so I can get MSD81 and some extra cooling and no more miss fires.

The only problem we Canadians have is Tisher won't ship to us up here. If you have a US shipping address, they will. Let me check my links. I believe there was a company out if Florida that was amazingly cheap.

Have them shipped to some one you know inthe US and then have them ship them to you. It would cost a little for shipping but not much.

Hi i have a 2011 335xi coupe n55 with these mods
-Vrsf charge pipe -Vrsf intercooler -Vrsf catless downpipe -ngk 2 spark plugs -bms intake -mhd stage 2+ Currently i have a cyl 5,6 misfire and this only happens from 2nd gear and up at 5k rpm’s. i changed all 6 spark plugs and that didn’t work. swapped around coil pack for cyl 5, 6 and the misfire still stayed. changed the injector on cyl 5,6 and coded them in and did not work. i have checked over all the wiring for the injector grounds and sensors for my boost connectors but the misfire still stays. Can some one help!! |

Last walnut blast ? Might not be a bad idea [before spending $$] to remove the intake manifold and look at the ports. If they're gumming up 5 and 6 seem to be the ones that get affected the most. Might be that time.. I'm getting it too and we looked, they looked not good. I've scheduled a blast. |

So let me get this right you have a misfire on both Cyl 5 and 6 and you are swapping the coil packs amongst the 2 cyl that are both having issues? What you should be doing is swapping Cyl 1 coil pack to Cyl 6, then see if your misfire moves around to Cyl 1. |
