I have a 07 335i with 15k, 6sp, Blk on Blk w/o Park assit. My lease is over in 11/10 and am turning it in. I think the payout was around $28k. So, if you get your deal for $30.5-$31K should be a good deal. Check the tire thread, though. Hope it helps. Good luck
