Are you positive your bov is not leaking anymore?
Your car makes boost strong and fast. But almost instantly the wgdc starts to slowly climb to keep at target, then starts to loose that battle at higher rpm's. I am no expert but it looks like boost pressure is still bleeding off somewhere.

Have you done a smoke test to confirm you haven't got a boost leak?

WGDC usually climb when they are either shot or more commonly due to boost leak.

that's what im trying to figure out aswell. like i've said i've done vacuum right and i've done the typical boost leak test with the air compressor and no sound of air coming out of anywhere. im going to guess it has to be some boost leak somewhere so. I've gone ahead and purchase a wanger tuning comp kit and will see if issue still persists

well not fully closed at higher rpms it seems, couple turns/mm and recheck. try slowly rolling on the boost after 5k and if you see a change, then your wg cant hold at higher rpm/loads

That's pretty much a sign that your turbos are giving all they can....and they just can't provide the airflow needed to meet your boost targets.

I pulled some logs from back when I had stock turbos and was running the MHD V5 E40 tune. By 5,000rpms I was 1-2psi under boost target (21.4psi), by 5,500rpms the turbos were only able to make 17.7psi (21.4 target).

Stock turbos just don't flow well up top......especially if they have some age on them.
