Or maybe you can sell it like you want. Just an idea....
As far as i know, JR has offered him to flash his car back to stock remotely, and he offers free retunes. DR's problem is that he bought MPF as a part of the package that JR was offering. (JR can still flash DR's car back to stock remotely, but cannot flash the tune back due to technical limitations) MPF is a 3rd party device and JR has no control over the company who is responsible on getting it ready. They have not yet set up a remote server to get the remote flash going. JR has put a pause on selling his MPF for the same reason. MPF was supposed to get up and running in 2-3 months time, which have passed, so he is still waiting. I am also waiting for MPF to be ready for use.

Probably best to flash back to stock remotely. Get the car fixed and figure out how to get it retuned.

Doing that on Monday, I found a guy with a D-can cable, ill probably buy a JBD and put it on when I get flashed back to stock, and just eat the tune and the Spiderboot and take it as a financial setback, Im not sending my ecu back to Canada everytime I need warranty work done so I can have it flashed to stock and repeat the process, that's why I offered my ecu for sale, PM me if interested...

I just say Spiderboot because that is what is advertised as the be all end all...I realize the MPF is the program but to me its all the same, does'nt work...

As for that my car it has code 429A, easy fix but expensive, that's why I bought the warranty, and again has absolutely nothing to do with my little accident...

Hmmm. Could it be a sticky actuator due to carbon buildup on the actuators? TDIs used to suffer from that as well.

Possibly due to JBD running richer than normal?

Could be but at this point I could give a FUCK, I just want my car fixed, I want a JBD back on and Ill eat the $1300 I spent on the tune, Im so stupid to get tuned under warranty, I should have just stayed JBD, live and learn and waste money, story of my life...with a JBD, take off, get car fixed, put back on and drive, awesome...

Hate to keep thread jacking here, but there is no way all those components are bad on your car. The wastegate is normally closed on the car without vacuum so you should be getting boost, too much if anything. And the chances of all 3 going bad are slim to none. Sounds like a vacuum issue....

We have done 3 vacuum tests, smoke tests, compression tests, etc etc etc etc... anyway it needs to go to BMW, that's why I bought the warranty to let them figure it out...its code 429A....it definatly has something to do with the big turbo Jarek says he has seen it before...
