I am waiting to hear back.

Here are some photos of the spoiler:
WOW! That looks horrible. At least I can probably polish mine and it will look fine.

Yeah no problem. I've had really good experiences in the past ordering the cheap painted spoilers from overseas, but for some reason it wasn't in the cards this time.

Which seller did you get yours from?

The seller got back to me and said he would pay for shipping. Despite waiting 3 weeks for what was essentially a piece of garbage, as long as I get my money back in a timely manner, I have nothing bad to say about the seller.

Does anyone have a tried and true seller on eBay to get the carbon fiber performance spoiler from?

^Just cancelled my order before it shipped. It's too bad, I made the impulse buy the other night for the same one and had a feeling it was too good to be true.

Just an update, I mailed the spoiler back yesterday, cheapest shipping was $32 at USPS. I sent the seller a photo of the receipt and customs form, and he refunded the original $128 the same day. He said he would refund the $32 shipping when he received the package. I thought that was fair.

I took the refund and put it towards this carbon version since the seller is in the US:

I'll update this thread with fitment and quality photos once I receive it.

I got mine from emotors2000. They replied to my case the other day. They said they would address the issue with their paint department and they would ship me a new spoiler at no cost. They told me to keep the old spoiler or dispose of it. I'll wetsand with 1,000 grit and polish it for somebody else to use. I think I can get the marks out of the paint.

NICE! I wanted to go through emotors2000 because I have read good things about them, but they didn't have the E90 performance spoiler. Glad you are getting it resolved!

I can vouch for the quality of the emotors2000 product. Installed mine almost a year ago. Absolutely no issue with its paint quality.

Here's a few pics of my install. Got my spoiler from emotors2000. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Install went super smooth.

Sossidge, that looks great!

Here are the pictures of my carbon performance spoiler I got from ebay to replace the terrible fiberglass one. I added a CRT-style white pinstripe to tie it in with the Alpine white.

Looks great! How does the pinstripe hold up to freeway speeds?

installed one on my 330i from emotors2000 last week, titanium silver paint matched perfectly(with clearcoat too) and quality was very good, recommend leaving a few one inch gaps in the 3M tape so water can drain out !

Thanks! The pinstripe is holding up just fine. It's my wife's car, and she takes it on the freeway daily and has also had it through the car wash without issue. If it ever comes off, I can redo it in 15 minutes or do a true painted stripe with paint.

here's mine from Lic_auto

BSM painted. Nice and subtle. Don't need anything high kick at all. Guess its a matter of preference.

damn, I didn't even think about water during install. one small gap in the middle would've been probably sufficient. oh well...
