If you type in tyre reviews on the net there is a very good website that's you can use to compare tyres and see what the tyres rating Is on noise, grip, wear etc i found it really helpful

Do many people run rainsport 3's? I was going to go with these when my rears need replacing.

Hey Makkan. I must have missed you picked up Kumhos. I've dropped the pressures to 35/37 and they have improved again. Still show a little weakness in damp but I think they are great at moving standing water.

Bridgestone potenza S001 bought for F10 to go with M5 wheels on.
I read good reviews on them so will see how it goes.

Found the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2's for £151 each delivered and seems good for the price, had Falken FK452's on my old E46 and was gutted when I heard they were stopping production of them, all I've heard is that the 453's are no worthy replacement too!

Scrap that, just found them online for £126 per tyre delivered, looks like I'll end up going for these

Lots of guys go 265 on the rear to offer slightly more contact patch and better edge protection. Have you thought about this?

I havent actually, I have always thought the 255 look a little stretched on the rear, I'll see if it makes much price difference

The Goodyears, going from 255 to 265 costs £9 a tyre more, happy with that considering it'll offer a little more protection to curbs etc thanks windymissile

At 255 I found them cheapest on lovetyres.com, but at 265 the website you provided were cheaper by £2 a tyre, cheers mate

You can do a whole set of kumhos for 19" on tyre leader for under £400, and a whole set of Eagle F1's for under £500.

+£50 for fitting

Ideal thank you mate, looks like I'm going to buy the Goodyears now but would still be interesting to see how the Kumho's compare to online reviews in diff cars, fronts will need doing soon so will keep my options open
