I went to Manhattan BMW because I knew someone that works there, when I dropped off my car they said they didnt have any loaner and it has to be booked 3 weeks in advanced, so I called my friend and guess what? I was Offered a loaner and Im still waiting for them to order a part.

Try Weschester BMW, I've used them numerous times after going to Manhattan BMW and didn't like their service.

The tire warranty is absurd. The salesman kept raving about the 335i and then procedes to tell me that I need a $750 warranty. I told him if you wanna throw it in than go ahead. I'm getting ready to get rid of my rft's and get some drag radials.

BTW.... RFT's are $100 cheaper at the tire rack than at the dealer.

update...... i finally had my car serviced... i made sure to tell them everything i wanted done and they did it...

my only complaint was that they refused to drive me back to my office but someone else had their car delivered back to their apt... my sa was a d*ck- cracked a stupid joke about how i can grab one of their private yellow cabs outside

overall, i was very pleased with the service though

After taking delivery of my car from Difeo in Tenefly, NJ I can say I'm very happy with the whole experience. They listened to my request to have the car untouched after it was unloaded from the truck. I told my SA that I didn't need any instructions on using it so I signed the paperwork and I was on my way.

Since they were very attentive I plan on bringing the car there for my 1200mile service.

+1, they refused to drive me back to my office so I had to walk and take a bus. Other than that they seem to do the required service.

well i kind of... ummm "picked up" a guy at the dealer who was also getting serviced... he told me that they ALWAYS pick up his car and drive it back... he didnt even buy it from them

Hassel BMW is excellent. got an x5 from there a while back... great people, great service. never had a problem with them. they like to go the extra mile....

I had no problems with them when i brought my car in for service. bmw loaner, other than having to leave the car there overnight for a progman update, no issues.
