Mike - I figured that was going to be the next question. What’s weird is, I changed nothing other than the BEF and setting menu 4/2. Will post a pic of the board tonight - who knows maybe the ISO diode magically is touching again.

Update: Terry had me lower the wastegate adaptation to 70 and that seemed to work. Odd part is that the BEF didn’t do much in regard to the AFR issue at 3k.

They leave lean spool mode in the BEF maps, you may just be reading the logs wrong, and nothing is wrong at all. If BMS looked at it and liked then then it's fine. If you want to take the tuning in to your own hands the BEF maps are unlocked and easily modified using TunerPro.

Dude, i am trying to help you. Did you fix the MAF sensor yet (don't remove the flex fuel wires - those are completely different)? Also your throttle is partially closing - are you spinning your tires? Typically disable traction fully to do a log in 3rd gear starting from 2700 pedal to the floor then let off at 7K RPM. Safely of course. Post some pictures of what you have connected within the engine.

Hi SD306,
The wires in the video that were said to be left alone appear to be the flex fuel wires. I asked Terry specifically about those and he said to leave them connected. Everything else is connected in the same fashion as the video you posted. No spinning tires, i've done some third gear runs with essentially the same results. Terry mentioned that anything else is likely due to the crappy fuel we get here, and that the logs look fine. I put in 3 gallons of E85 yesterday and things seem a bit smoother. Another second gear log is below but this is with E85. I'll try and do a 3rd gear pull tomorrow.

Thanks for your help.

In the youtube video at 4:41 those wires are MAF and should not be used. The flex fuel are added later to the harness (or for you possibly already added by someone else). The flex fuel connector is round on one side and square on the other. The MAF is round edges on both side of the connector.
