Just got back from the dealer re mine and they said that all was ok with the car, but if I wanted an alignment done it would cost me £200ish. They also said that its down to the pressures being wrong at some point. Mine was checked and were exactly as BMW suggest.
So I can either chase my supplying dealer for new tyre/alignment or just pump a little more pressure in and hope for the best?

If you're running staggered 19'' with 255's and 225's: According to the guide inside the door plate, 19'' rear 255 rears should be 2.8 bar and 225 fronts should be 2.6, so you'd need to run 3.0 and 2.8 Those are for two person loads. Just realised, did you mean 225 style wheels or 225 width tyres all round?
