you guys are douche bags! Haha so I could easily buy an E55 and smoke you lames with your 335's or you could find kooks like yourselves to talk smack to! Im just saying is it possible to put like individual throttle bodies or rear mounted turbos on our cars? I think its time someone came up with something that will smoke m3's or c63's with the E90 looks. The g power stuff is high quality and so is horsepower freaks m3 stuff. However until I get a video camera and give you guys some vids of me smoking you! I have ran with an evo 9 to 140 where I hit the governor, I was car lengths infront of him, he barely crept by and was spitting flames out of his exhaust in daylight, E46 m3 beat me but was only a car length ahead at 140, ran against a new WRX from a dead stop, go beat but was impressive. The car has definate potential. Who sells ecu software to get rid of the speed governor?

We said it was impossible for your 328i to have even similar power to a 335i unless it has some very radical engine mods. If you want power sell and get a 335i. BTW, with just a few mods the 335i will be right up there with the E55's and c63's.

P.S. I think some of these "races" are you going balls to the wall beside M3's and 335i's that are driving normally

the fastest I've seen a 328 run is 14.6 @ 94mph. No way in hell you are smoking 335i's. Hell, even my girlfriend knows that those cars are slow as shit. She had to pick up a loaner today that was a 328i as the headlight had to be fixed in my 335xi. She said and I quote "It was a PITA to get the thing up to speed on the highway".

Lets not bash our fellow 328i owners because of this troll, you are right though.

Getting a 328i loaner, it somehow feels sorta like a Civic after getting out of a 335i.

smoking and running with are two completely different things theyre both limited to 140-150. zero to sixty the 335 would smoke me obviously but on the freeway they got nothin! Their mini turbos must've been laggin I guess, enough with the small talk. What mods are within reason? Ecu, the m3 individual throttle bodies, rear mounted turbos, weight reduction, or would the old m3 motor be a do able swap without much ecu problems?

Look guy, I don't know what you want us to tell you here. For what you're looking to do, fitting a N54 turbo manifold should be the least of your worries. The setup you're looking to do is more trouble than it's worth and more than anything a foolish waste of money. You're basically talking about upgrading your NA engine to 335i specs in order to fit 335i aftermarket parts.

Ditch the 328i and buy a car more suited for forced induction.

i think you should take a STS rear mounted turbo setup off a firebird and just jb weld it to the tips on your car. dont even worry about ecu swapping. you dont need that to be fast. seriously i bet you would be able to tune the nos fogger system and run 9's. esp with your axis rims and non runflats.

But there are a few people who have been releasing turbo upgrades, new tunes/ maps for the turbo e90. My question is how hard would it be to put the turbo manifold that I have found with ether upgraded turbos or new higher capacity stock turbos? Im positive that I will have to get the ecu from the 335, and will get it reflashed to get more hp, but what other problems would I run into? The room has to be adequate since they are basically the same car, but the 335 has different style intake, compression, exhaust? Or could I simply install the turbos, plumb them and get a stock 335 ecu and make some improved power? Any help or comments would be useful. I initially wanted either a v10 or turbo m3 motor swap (the hpf turbo motor makes up to 650 rwhp) but have realized that my motor makes great power and have ran against a few 335's and they didnt have shit! Ive also ran with an evo to 140 then that old governor kicked in but I had him! I figure with a modded straight 6 with race gas and meth could easily get around 500-600hp and want to find the best solution to get here.
u really can't be f***** serious

wanna race anyone's 335i on here for pinks there paul walker?

lmao at OP. If you think that they were really racing at you, give me a minute to laugh at yo dumb ass.
Seriously, you were racing people that weren't even trying to race you. My boy has a 328i, and he was driving this weekend. He has bmw performace exhaust, and it still feels like a turtle compared to the 335i. The cars you raced probably gave you a head start as they were dieing of laughter

You still dont understand! Why would you throw away that money, when its cheaper to get a 335i and then go from there. Slap on the ASR turbos and call it a day
