If demand for diesels was high, BMW wouldn't still be paying customers $4500 to buy them.

On the other hand, that's great news for those of us who DO want them.

My dealer has several 335d's just sitting on the lot, but none of them have fold-down seats so they were no good for me.

Honestly with all these options. I don't know what is a reasonable price for it. Car will also have to shipped to me from Cali.

They are asking $47,520. excludes TTL + shipping

Couldn't do a 2009 CPO on costco, but

2010 Costco Price Invoice is 51,880 - $3500 current eco credit = $48380

But the car is a 2009 CPO with 1500 miles fleet/corp vehicle

any recommendations.
Seems to high for a 2 year old car, considering that you can get a new 2011 for almost the same. I'm currently looking in to ordering one and so far had no problems negotiating $1000 over invoice, minus the $3500 eco credit, which puts the price of a new 2011 within about $1000 of your used 2009. Bad deal getting the 2009.

+1. I haven't signed the papers yet, but that's what I negotiated as well.
