Price offer for 2011 335i convertible - Is it good?

I think $500 over invoice + maco (380) + doc fee (55) seems fair.

price of the car is decent

but the finance rate is horrible
so I would say no

and you can't suggest he gets a M3 vert due to the 10k price difference (unless he can afford it)
or the 335is coupe as he seems to want a vert.

I advise you don't get a car with that high of a finance rate.
This was the only reason I didn't get a 08 M3 Vert (same price, same options as my car minus the CA)

Don't finance through BMW. You can get 3.99% from Pentagon Federal Credit Union (www.penfed.org).

I think it is a fair price for a car that is not yet in dealer's inventory. $3,000 off at begining of model year is a good deal, in my estimation. I have a 2010 335i convertible likely equiped and love it.
