I'm going to bump this. My lights shake so bad that I drove home yesterday with just the led angel eyes and led fogs on (9pm). It has gotten way worse in the last couple days and the lights don't feel loose at all.. Im going to take the bumper of tomorrow regardless but they seem tight. Could the projector or something else be loose inside the housing.

Most likely the adaptive motor popped off the connector in the headlight. If you can access the back of the headlight you shoudl be able to grab the entire insides and pull them to the back and snap it back in place. If you look inside you will see there is a ball joint that should go into a socket. Most likely it popped out of the socket

those little shitty tabs break off all the time, even a really bumpy road will snap them

Hi,
AS you know I have problem of shaking on dx xeno of my E91 LCI 2011 with AHL; so I detached headlight and I tighten these screws:

I'm not sure problem solved tighten these internal screws or re-mounting headlight when I tightened external screws...

So I have solved my problem whitout open front of headlight, I hope this could be useful to somebody else...
