wow that pulled fender look so bad. DOnt like it at all.
Catch- I rolled my fenders myself. I also think my fender pushed out abit but not in a bad way. On black car u cant even notice but we did notice the fender being pushed out abit by looking at the left fender vs the right one ![]()

I used a bar and slided it back and forth on the on the inside of the fender and using the tire to get leverage.

Im literally at the shop right now. They said they cant roll the BMW fenders that tight at all, probably a couple mm at the MAX.
I decided to go ahead and get an alignment anyways, but Im not rolling today. I want to find a shop that will roll them TIGHT! If I cant run a 10-15mm spacer then Id rather not even roll at all... We'll see how the alignment goes as far as camber and toe adjustment then go from there

I want mine rolled out about 14 inches so I'm going to use a street light pole like the Japanese guy recommended in his video.

I recently got my fenders rolled, too, and I kinda regret it. I should have just played with tire size and camber to get the correct fitment.
The shop that did the roll said that the outside edge of the fenders wouldn't be pulled out if I did a mild roll, but they still got pulled a little, and now there's a little hump where the metal fender meets the plastic bumper. |

You gotta be careful when fender rolling. When it's done too hastily the fender will flare out. It's best to take your time and be sure not to overheat the paint to where it'll start bubbling. Tire size is also key as well depending on the width and offsets you're trying to run

I just rolled my rear fenders yesterday with the Eastwood fender roller, heat gun, about 2 hours total time and had no problems at all, no buckling, no paint cracking. Wheel size: 19"x9.5 ET30 Tire size 275/30/R19. I had these wheels originally in my sedan E-90 and they never rubbed at all, switched car for a convertible E-93 and had some rubbing. No rubbing at all after fenders got rolled.

Can someone take pics from the front and back what a proper fitment should look like in relation to the tire and fender when proper suspension, tires, rolled/unrolled fenders are used? Is the goal to have the tire flush with the outside fender?
