That side is for the a pressure transducer or another port if you need it. Basically this is where you auto bottle warmer will get the pressure reading from.

By the way, I successfully staged 2 methanol solenoids and nozzles on my setup. I am flowing about 650 ml/min based on normal boost and a second solenoid/nozzle (225 ml/min) controlled specifically by the NX progressive nitrous controller. The second methanol solenoid is also progressively controlled by the NX controller. This means I am seeing about 650 ml/min off nitrous and 1050 ml/min when the nitrous is flowing. So far it works very well and the car is a rocket. I dropped IATs 50F with this setup. LOL!

I have one last thing to trouble shoot before dynoing, but I am hoping to get on the dyno this weekend.

Nah Dan...its just the next cheapest mod that I can afford right now!! 1000 bucks extra 80 hp is cheap compared to another 60-80 for 4000+!!!!!!!!! I am not a baller like you!

Don't take this the wrong way, but there is no chance an upgraded turbo N54 can beat a nitrous N54 unless you have a full CHRA upgrade and then it is probably a push. A setup like JPSimon with clipped wheels will have no chance whatsoever against my car. My gains are already nearly 100 rwhp right now on pump and I will try to push that number further this week. Now that I am staged with more methanol, I think I can up my 35 hp jet.

So basically you wired the other meth solenoid in series with the nitrous solenoid to go off exactly the same time that the nitrous solenoid is spraying....Thats definitely a great setup for sure...I think Shiv has the same intentions but the trigger will be done by the PRocede tune!

Not exactly, but close. I have toyed with a number of ways to do this.

Just to help you get started. You may want to buy a bosch relay and get it wired up to power your nitrous solenoid. Run a trigger wire to the bosch, ground it, run a 14 gauge power from your underhood power terminal, and connect the power out wire to the nitrous solenoid. Leave the other wire unhooked for now because that will be for Shiv. I suspect Shiv will simply use the Procede to control a nitrous solenoid driver. I am not sure if progressive or time ramp is possible on Procede but that should not have relevence on the wiring.

I have the relay that came with the kit, so I will be using that relay....wiring seems to be the easy part since its just within the engine bay, other than the bottle warmer in the trunk, I will have a on/off switch for that...For now all I need to do is run the fuel line underneath the car, bottle is already secured in the trunk!....then I will take a break and wait for Shiv, but at least most of the hardware will be in place!
If I run into any problems in the future with wiring, I will give you a buzz or a PM

I have to say this car is a monster on nitrous. I have tried a lot of different things and it responds incredibly. I am 100% sure now that lowering boost and running more nitrous is the way to go on this car. You can keep the turbos from pushing hot air and still get huge hp numbers. On 14 psi and a 35 shot I am squeezing about 525 rwhp.

I might just be able to scan it and email it to you so you can print it off. Trace it to Lexan and dremmel.

Finished up the hardware portion of the kit....now the wait begins for Shiv to finalize the system with the Procede! Installed the tank and ran the fuel line underneath the chasis(not fun at all)!

Next up I will order a purge and automatic bottle heater when the wallet gets full again!, and then I am done..

But for now I sit and wait Just having the bottle in the trunk and the whole setup done hardware wise, I think the car feels like it gains 60hp

Just finished hardware aspect of a purge system and routed the tubing today! It will purge from the space near the wiper arms right in the middle of the back end of the hood! It will be a single tube purge, and nothing like the dual purges everyone is doing!...Next up for this project is wiring up the purge system and installing and wiring the bottle heater. All that will be left to do is wire up the nitrous/meth staged solenoid to the Procede when Shiv finalizes Autotuning and then the nitrous setup

Take some pics tomorrow!

BTW...Does anyone know the shelf life of a bottle of nitrous....I mean if you fill it up and don't use it often or just have it stored, granted there is no leak in the valve, will it remain the same state afterwards using the bottle as if it was first filled up???

Why not purge it in front of the hood?

Nice meth setup. Out-of-site!

Do you have to take bottle out for top down driving?

I'd rather be slower than have to use nitrous for gains. All things being equal (mod-wize) my car would still be slower because of the weight disadvantage anyways. different strokes for different folks.

Nitrous I feel is dangerous only when people put it to it's limits. Using it as a MILD power adder is safe. Jp just becausei have it working soon doesn't mean I will use it all that much. Meth in the other hand I find myself using it alot more now since it's getting hotter out and also nowi actually feel what it does to performance with and without during hot weather. Last summer I did not have meth. I could only imagine what nitrous is going to feel like
