Agreed that OC is notoriously slow. The 1-800 number updates is also behind. Your best bet always is your CA or a live rep at the 1-800 number. But pretty much once you have your VIN, you're in the next stage.

Unless you are on the West Coast, I would predict about 4 weeks from the completion date until the date it is at your dealer -- which would be more like 32 days. But I don't want to get your hopes up. Those last few days are the most painful. Congrats!
