Just noticed this thread about the name so I'll give you my thoughts here as well.

I think you should keep the name XEDE from a marketing perspective that is. I think if you are simply trying to show the public that this is a NEW XEDE and that it's better then the old one why not just start giving them versions. Call it XEDE Vista .

The Vista part was a joke.

I'm pretty sure the manufacturers of the Xede wont want me stealing their name and putting a "Pro" or "2" behind it

Besides, the new computer is a completely different system and it does deserve a completely new name in all fairness. They are so vastly different in terms of capabilities and upgradeability that I wouldn't want the new system to ever be mistaken for simply an evolution of the Xede. It's new from the ground up.

How bout

ShivTec (base 91 oct)

ShivTec Plus (93 oct)

ShivTec Pro (93 oct + exh)

ShivTec extreme(race gas + exh+gutted down pipe) basically open full turbo back exh not cats at all and have this program be able to be switched from pro to extreme

So some one can buy the pro and know theres another map for when they upgrade
