I Placed a Order for a Areo Lip and CSL Spoiler on Feb 3rd got a email from Derrick on Feb 4th after i confirmed colors, I replied within 10 min of his Email asking for a ETA of a ship date, I have not gotten a response from him, I know it says 4 - 6 days for painting on my items and thats no problem but you would think a company would respond to a customer asking a question about a order that they have placed, I have Tried emailing them again yesterday Feb 13th but still nothing. Not happy or inpressed at all

so it took me asking to cancel my order to get a reply,

Update
Derrick got back to me Updateing me with a estimated ship date another week away, saying it takes loner to paint the aero lip then the 4-6 days he has on his web site, he offered me some free lightbulbs or a partial refund to make me happy and at that point I was mostly satisfied, Did not take his offer looked at a few items but nah

Update.

Got ahold of the company again yesterday morning and they got back to me today to see if my order had shipped on the date I was promised, apperantly there was some blemishes in the paint so they sent it back to the paint shop. Was told it will ship in two more days, they refunded me $20 for the inconvenience.

So now I am looking at 3 weeks for items that say 4-6 days for painting.

Glad they didn't send it with paint problems but 3 weeks seams a little to long

I can not agree more with OP. Do not provide e92-lighting any business. They have horrible customer service and are extremely slow. I ordered some lights on the 26th and when I contacted them on the 1st they said that the ordered would be shipped out that day and would be expedited. Further, they said they would provide tracking number as soon as it shipped.

Well, it's now the 4th and ordered still hasn't shipped. After contacting them and posting the previous chat transcript regarding expedited service and them stating the order would be shipped that day, did they finally provide me a tracking number and once again say that the order would be shipped.

I will never do business with this company again.

Every time I'm about to place an order with a vendor about lights, I see one of these threads. Two vendors in two days smh... I give up

Well I got 1/2 of my order today,
when shipped I got a tracking number i expected both of my items to be in the box but no it turns out only one. so i try to call no answer, i go onto online chat and I am told they could not fit both pieces into the same box so my spoiler shipped at a later date, and he will now provide me with a tracking number tonight, when the 1st piece was shipped a week ago.

Would have been nice if I was informed of this, rather then the shock of opening my package to find out for myself.

Also there web site says it comes with 3m tape attached but it did not come, was informed i do not need it.

When I inspect it there is a small crack. fitment not so good. overall not happy and it will not be going on my car

E92 has accepted to return this and cover return shipping costs. So we will see how that goes

Paint quality looked to be very good, at the end of the day it sucks that it had a crack and didn't fit well, after waiting all this time for it, Looked great on the car when test fitting, car looks much more agressive

UPDATE:
Order placed online at 3:53pm, email confirmation received.
53 minutes later, SHIPPING confirmation with a UPS tracking number!
Nice.

Now THATS what I'm TALKING about!!

I agree, with OP. I also purchased a CSL Spoiler last year from them. It took about 1month and a half before it came. Derrick may some BS along the way and gave me a set of free thunder H7 bulbs for the the long wait.

When I finally got the product, i now know why it took them so long to get here. The Spoiler was shipped and painted from Taiwan. The quality was bad and there was a medium size chip on it,

The product is still sitting in my garage, what a waste of money. Will never buy from them again.

I got my CSL spoiler today, the fit looks good, paint looks good,

BUT it did not come with 3m Tape to install as advertised, Maybe if they are not going to ship items as advertised they should change there listings.

I should have done my homework before ordering from this vendor! I placed an order 3/6 for some gp thunders and led license plate lights and have yet to receive any information about shipping. I find it crazy how I can receive a full body kit in less than a week from one vendor but can't get some light bulbs in even a shorter amount of time?!? I emailed them and have gotten no response. Their "live chat" on the website is worthless. It's frustrating when you're trying to get a hold of them about actual purchases you made but you can see from their threads that they are fully active on this forum......i just want some bulbs!

Just an update on my situation....

I ordered a roof spoiler painted and although it took 3 weeks, it came with good paint and fit perfect. Also, had 3M on it already.

Maybe bad luck? I haven't had any problems from them the two times I ordered.

It's funny how people still give them a try with so many negative reviews.
I send all my business and friends to www.highperformancebulbs.com Their products are good and they ship within a business day or 2. HID's. LED's. Angel Eyes. ETC.

You guys keep referring to these vendors as "them". Let me set you straight. Most of these vendors are a one man shop out of their garage as is e92-lightning

I posted this in my thread about E-92lighting and I'm throwing it in here as well.

Here's an update I didn't expect. When I ordered from E92-lighting I pulled out an unused USAA American Express card because my normal card for buying parts and toys wasn't close by. The only charge made on this specific card until today was my order from E92-lighting and the refund from him a month later.

Today my bank called to ask about charges somebody made this morning to a "Zest Airlines" that operates out of South-East Asia and the Philippines. I had to confirm the charges were fraudulent and they canceled the card for me. To me it looks like E92-lightning either sold my credit card info, used my credit card info, or simply has a system that's not secure enough with our credit card information. Again, only E92-lightning and my bank (USAA) had the info for this card, so suggest you keep an eye on your credit card statements.

Just double-checked my original transaction - used Paypal thank goodness. These dudes are really having a rough ride! I wouldn't expect them to be running a business and purposely frauding people (makes for a short business life) but wow... not cool.

Sounds like a company A friend delt with years ago. You buy something, the company then orders it from china or where ever, when it gets delivered to them they then post it on to you. Would explain all the long delays, shipping info and different variations of products. Easy way to make money for just passing things on at an inflated cost. This may not be the case, just similar themes to said company few years ago.

Ordered some MTEC V4's from him last week and just heard from him today that they should be arriving today. Looking forward to installing the new parts.

I have had extremely positive results with "one man shops" as well as extremely negative results from large, multi-person vendors with dedicated store fronts and a long history. Just saying it can go either way.

Just had the same thing happen to my credit card after a transaction and refund with them. Luckily my credit card company caught it but I still had to cancel it and reissue a new one. Coincidence? Perhaps, but I have the feeling this whole thing is beyond sketchy.
