It's a direct bolt on, you will want someone else to help you because of the size of the piece but in terms of time it should take you only 20-30 mins.

Wear some soft cotton gloves, or use MF towels while removing or installing the hood. Watch for belt buckles, zippers, wedding rings, all that kind of stuff. Not that I've done this before, but I worked at a dealership while going to college many years ago, and it's amazing how easy it is to put a few scratches on your car, usually caused by what you're wearing.

imho, paint it. i used to be a fan of fully exposed cf hoods, but i guess my taste has changed. i think it looks much better painted and just leaving certain hints of cf (such as the vents).
