from what I understand:
All other things being equal, Cobb will raise boost in hot weather.
All other things being equal, Cobb will low boost in cold weather.
Incorrect, when cobb raises boost in hot weather it will also lower timing and add fuel. People need to stop getting fixated on boost.

I think we are discussing two different situations though. Yes the Procede autotune will likely make more power than the Cobb stg1 when octane is added since you can reduce CPS offset, what I am talking about is in equal situations (on pump gas) they'd have a similar result... At least in my experience.

Back on topic, if the OP doesn't tell us what boost levels he's targeting on the Procede this whole thread is worthless. He has a v5 enthusiast on older maps so he doesn't have autotune
My car must be special too, because it responds to autotuning exactly as JPs does. It runs way more boost in the winter months than it does in the summer. So much so that I have to run a higher aggression setting (3) on pump gas if I want to keep it from dropping below 11psi in the current 110 degree weather.

OP when are you heading to the track?

Can you start a new thread with the result when you get back?

Unless you will be running the same amount of boost w/the Procede, this comparaison will be useless.

Agreed..I think it obvious that the Proceed would make more power than CObb..

What I am interested to see and hopefully the OP will test, is the consistently and repeatibility in making power w the Proceed..he has already shown the COBB repeats it consistently

He's AT. That's why the runs are so consistent.

I have a buddy with a 6MT and COBB and he was all over the place, while I kept hitting the same exact numbers again and again with Procede and 6AT.

Not knocking any tune here, just saying that 6AT cars are very consistent

Assuming you live in Texas, Nevada or Arizona with 91 octane piss gas, your idea of winter temps are probably in the 60s. I was talking about northeastern winters. Sorry if there was any confusion.

Anything below 93 octane is considered "piss gas". LOL

It does get well below 60 in the winters here, but regardless of the temperature range, I was commenting that in lower temperatures Procede autotune will run more boost than in higher temps. As temps rise, my boost drops. And yes, 91 octane sucks!

I suggest running 12-17 maps if you want autotune or 5-10 for DIC.

I have no dyno to back it up, but the DIC maps make the car seems quicker than the 12-17 map IMHO. 12-17 maps feel like they have more initial low rpm torque (which makes it feel quick on the street), but the DIC maps feel like they pull harder in the upper RPM range, which should be better for the strip.
