The car will help you get a new woman in your life. If you can find one that makes more than your wife then you can turn this into a win-win.
Alright, I am just kidding, good luck and I am sorry to hear about your situation.

Fuck Bitches.hahaha. Im not getting married for at least another 6-10 years. I want to keep enjoying life to the fullest without having a bitchy nagging girl around trying to control me. Get the car, tap the hoes, enjoy your life, and remember everything happens for a reason.

Take my advice....I IMPLORE you...
Hire a lawyer...a good one.... the best way to get even with her is to be happy....if it means keeping the car...keep it....its Joint debt assuming a community property state....stick her with the credit cards if you can...you keep the car. go on a diet...cut your hair....get in shape and keep living life to the MAX |

The majority of the responses here are rather immature.
If you married a woman, then she should be your #1 priority. You can always get the car later, I would focus on reconciling your relationship rather than focusing on the car. The last thing a woman wants is competition for her attention in this situation. Good luck to you! |

Take care of your personal life first. If things were going to be tight with needing 2 incomes to finance the car you would have been in trouble anyway constantly fighting about money.

I have read all your posts so far and some of you have some real good thoughts. I appreciate the help, still trying to work on my marriage, it's been just 5 days of seperation, but it's been tough. I have been going over my finances and seeing how I can make the 335i purchase feasible. I know it might sound pathetic, and some of you have mentioned something along these lines, but getting this new BMW might be the only bright spot in my life amidst all the turmoil. I'm not giving up on my wife, and yes, I would give up the car in a heartbeat if it meant having her in my life. However, she's being very difficult at this time, and I just don't know that the car purchase will make or break the relationship or anything. I guess it's just too soon to tell. I got some real good ideas and suggestions, I thank you again.

Gl man whatever happens !
Something a friend said to me a long time ago (during my divorce)... it may look like sht now and it may continue to look like sht for a long while... but down the road everything will smooth out and the heartache, despair, etc will subside and be replaced with more positive emotions. hell look at me, 10 years ago i went thru the divorce, almost lost my house, lost all my savings, lost my car, lost my sanity,etc... now 10 years later i still have my house, have a lot of toys and will soon be driving a loaded 335i. it does get better just takes awhile. ppp

I would advise you to take the car as long as you can afford it. It's simple, either you can or you can't. Don't let two good things get away at the same time. By all means try to repair your marriage. If it doesn't work out, at least
you have the new ride to get you through some tough times and bring a smile to your face. |

I backed out on a BMW 4 years ago. They just held my deposit until car was sold. Considering it had the performance package sold the first week I think and I was able to get my cash back.

Not even going to give advice on the wife area as I am only 21 and can't give good advice in that area, however I would say if you can't afford the car, then don't get it. It's not worth it to ruin your credit and financial future. If you have to get a new car, there are PLENTY of incredibly fun new cars that will put a huge smile on your face for a LOT less than a 335i (or get an E46

dude..life is full of poor financial decisions one way or the other..if you can afford it, even if it'll be tight, i totally agree with morecowbell..get the car..i know personally having a nice car and driving it makes me feel good inside..but definitely find out whats up with your wife..nothings better than both having a wife you love and care about AND a nice car you can enjoy (with her)
