I don't know... I just read this and never heard anything different:

No offense, but this is much easier said than done. This community has seen way too many examples of tuner companies and individuals claim just that and end up producing nothing but hype.

Like I said before: I remain unimpressed till some one shows us videos, dynos and videos of dynos of fully running N54 car with single turbo kit.

Well, at least this time we're seeing pictures along the way. Props to Shiv for actually providing some juicy details of this build. He shouldn't have an issue with tuning either.

To be honest, I prefer his manifold to the HPF one, but I'm looking forward to seeing the other companies come to the market too.

No offense taken. You are right to remain a sceptic, just as we believe we are on the path to a correct resolution. Frankly, there are only two kinds of viable solutions to the fuel conundrum, and we have chosen the one that we believe will provide the more consistant result. By the same token, this is clearly becoming competitive market, and we prefer to let our competitors do their own research. So, we remain quiet where details are concerned.

With a proper twin scroll turbo; you can have a fantastic powerband with that powerlevel; even Evos do with a 2.0L displacement.

+1 a proper twin scroll turbo +n54=wide powerband

So, you did a single turbo build on a lease car and at the end of the lease you just abandoned the project? You had a single turbo kit up and running and your problem was just getting the tuning nailed down(as i clearly remember) and then you decided "nahh, fuck it"? Rather than getting a reputable tuner(shiv, GIAC, OE etc) involved and getting it sorted?

Same thing with AR
Ohh yeah, i knew. I'd just like to point out that AR "had" a single turbo up and running but just decided to do nothing with it... kind of odd. Fitment/tuning issues could've been easily sorted by now.

Just confirmed with Jon Guerra at Full-Race that the N54 project will be worked on in 2012.

This is something that will be worked on next year, still got some projects to wrap up, but it's on the "TO DO" list.

The tuning was pretty well sorted out. Lease was up so had to return and don't have a car to put the single kit back on and continue development.
