I think it's safe to say that the only accurate source of information on your delivery is through your CA. Don't rely on the 800 number or OC online.

If you work in Manhattan, why not take an extended work break and go down to the dealer? Doesn't sound like a very good CA if s/he doesn't return calls.

I was going to go in tonight to do the paperwork, my CA claims that I cant do the paperwork because the car isnt in their "inventory" yet. Does this make any sense to anyone?

Seems as if a lot of people have already completed their paperwork... This guy is really starting to piss me off....

Just got a call from Wagner. They're now telling me I don't get my car until next Tuesday! Even though it got into port last Thursday. Lois said they won't do ne deliveries this weekend because its Presidents Day weekend and very busy. Sounds like they figure I'm already signed on, so we'll put you at the back of the line and sell more cars this weekend instead. Not happy.

I ordered this car on 12/28 and it was a 112 production status, which I think meant that it was already in line for production when Wagner tagged it as their's.

Mine tried to tell me the same thing...Either I pick up saturday early morning or I have to wait. I can't early saturday morning for a personal reason and told him that he'll have to make an exception for me..considering that I don't need the whole little tour of the car since I owned one already. He kept saying that he feels he should give me the tour but I just told him that I'll come in friday, sign the papers, and on saturday he can throw the keys to me, push me out the door and i'll wave as i drive off...

he said as long as i take care of him on the survey and dont hold it against him...that he'll do that for me...so give that a shot..i'm sure many of us don't need the whole "tour" of the car.

I'll simply do a walkaround..make sure the car is in perfect condition and drive off...Saturday morning is a very important morning for me so either it'll be a great present after working so hard or it'll pick me up from being depressed...either way win win!

Just got back from the dealership. My car was there. All of the papers are signed. As long as the weather isnt too terrible in Northern NJ tomorrow, I will be picking up my car!!

I just checked bmw dealer website and my car just got on the truck (8:45pm). All your cars should have been shipped today, depending on how far your dealer is you should see it in the next day or two. In my case it's about 5 hours so it will be waiting for me at work in the morning.

Try calling the 800# and see what it says..

This morning I called just for the hell of it (more like out of habit because I have been compulsively calling for the last 2 weeks) and it said my car is in transit, even though I saw it at the dealership last night. The 800# seems to be a day behind..

I am going to be beyond pissed off if we really get snow in NJ today and I cant get my car, because tomorrow is my CA's day off... Then again it is a 328xi, so maybe I should just get it anyway and see how it is in the snow?

It worked great..as long as you have the all seasons. I don't have it anymore..I sold it recently...but it was amazing in the snow! i got my new xi coming...hopefully soon!! tired of waiting

Yea I have the all seasons.. Im glad to hear it.. Thats the one thing I was really nervous about because I am on my 4th SUV in a row so I am not at all used to being stuck at home when there is snow.
