But actually I already know this from 2012/2013 and that is 10 years ago .

MAX is actually unbeatable in the rain . Thanks to Jos's gladiator training in the rain by running countless laps in the rain with 'slicks !
Here in Belgium in Genk at the Home of Champions track => https://www.homeofchampions.be/

There was only one driver at the track while the rain was pouring down ..
And that was always MAX !

MAX didn't take too many risks for his 3rd Worldtitle in a row...

Sainz got a 3P grid penalty . This means P11 for Sainz at the start grid .

Sainz stupid(!) acts were life-threatening for Gasly at 300km/h and other drivers ..

I think the grid penalty for HULK is a bit harsh.
He had no profit from his action, and didn't really create a dangerous situation. Imho only giving him penalty points should suffice. I have a feeling that now, in the post Masi era, more grid penalties are given, then when Masi, or Whiting for that matter, was race director.
