Ship, Grand Choice was originally scheduled to arrive in Veracruz on the 4th then it was pushed to the 6th. I just recently checked and it has been pushed to August 8th.

I’ve been following Grand Choice, and since I was 165 on Friday last week (7/29) via my VR supplied by CA, I do think I’ll make it in the boat. I’m PRAYING I do lol.

Grand Choice is a smaller carrier. Approximately holds 2500 cars. I will be highly surprised if yours and my client’s gets on. The next ship, Morning Chant is scheduled to arrive on August 23 and it is a much larger ship.

My car finished on 7/3. A month ago yesterday.

Looking at my vessel tracker, the Grand Choice is only a couple hundred NM from Veracruz and scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning (the 5th)

Of course it will probably have to sit at anchor offshore for awhile so that might be where the delay is coming from.

I am running out of time. My client’s car has been sitting down there for seven weeks and if it is not here by the first week of September they are more than likely bailing and quite frankly I do not blame them. BMW needs to get their logistical issues resolved and promptly!

Edit, By the way, the first full week of September would equal 12 weeks since production. There is absolutely no reason for the car not to be here in that amount of time.

Agreed, why are the cars festering after completion whether at the plant or the port. Plus, if sitting at the port for extended time, the "storage fees" the port charges usually goes up every month (maybe BMW has the money and doesnt care?).

I did just hear back from my CA...he was not in his office to send an actual picture but did relay that my car is at the port (I even sent a confirming response, port or plant and he said port). He said he would update me on Monday...
