I got in my g42 the center speaker next to windshield rattle and found out it was a very very known issue in the 3-series (g20) for long time and that it has extremely easy fix, literally 5 minutes if you buy the right tooling.

I posted it in the g20 forum and in the g42 forum back in the day, here you are:

Just noticed the driver's seat gets squeaky when going through a bumpy parking lot. Still haven't located the cause. At first, I thought it was the air bladders.

The tweeter in the driver side door rattles enough to be annoying. I’ve been pushing down on it and that seems to fix the problem most of the time.

Fixed mine by removing the removable passenger side cabin filter cover, moving the footwell light cable to a different location slightly. It had just been touching the plastic sides and causing a vibration that travelled to the centre storage area.

Mine does this over some bumps and heaves. I'm pretty sure it's the leather of the leg extension and the leather of the main parts of the seat bottom touching and creaking on each other. I have my leg extension right against the seat bottom, it's not pulled out at all. Separating the two pieces makes the creaking stop.

I like the extension right against the seat for day to day driving, so I'll give that area some extra attention with a leather conditioner which may reduce the friction between the two leathers.
